It's been awhile

It has been awhile since we have posted on the web. We have some birthday pics from the 3 year old party and the girls and daddy went Easter egg hunting today in the neighborhood. Mommy is sick with pneumonia so daddy did the best he could with the hair.

Everyone got a balloon at the birthday party in memory of Reagan Mary Mies 3-22-2009

Jana had been working on this birthday party since last year it seems like. She made everything and designed it all. It is a ton of work but shows how much she loves her little girls. I want to thank her for making the girls' birthday so special. They don't realize what a wonderful mom they have right now but they will soon.

Thanks to Traci and family for using her house and all that went into getting the place ready for a great party. Thanks to the Mies side for making the trip up to Wichita Falls to join in the celebration. It was a great party and I know that my life has been blessed with my friends and family and I am thankful for that.

3 years old! We went in for their 3 year checkup and Abby was 34 inches tall and 22 lbs. Emma was 33 1/2 inches and 22 and 1/2 lbs. Abby is actually on the chart in height now. To think that they started out at 11 inches and 1.1 lbs is amazing.
